Email hello@getroofreport.com with your question. For a technical problem, include the tool you were using, whether you were on the website, ChatGPT, or Claude, and the approximate time the problem occurred. Include a request ID if an error shows one.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment information, or private chat history. Share only the address or screenshot details needed to explain the issue.

Using the roof tools

• Roof cost estimator: open the full form and enter your roof details there. Opening the tool in chat does not produce a calculated quote or automatically fill the form.
• Roof color visualizer: upload your house photo inside the visualizer. Brand and color examples returned in chat are catalog examples.
• For an address-based roof report, provide a complete street address and confirm the matching property. Address records currently cover Florida; the calculator and visualizer can be opened without an address-record match.

ChatGPT and Claude connection

The public MCP server is https://getroofreport.com/public/mcp. It requires no API key. Use your host's supported plugin or connector setup. Embedded views depend on the host; if a card cannot open the full tool, use its website link.

If you receive a rate-limit message, wait before retrying. To request a record correction, include the report URL and the public source that supports the correction.
